The Professional Bull Riders, Inc. (PBR), based in Pueblo, Colorado is known for its nationally televised bull riding events. With over 600 members and 1,000 plus athletes across the globe every year bull riders set their eyes on the PBR World Finals. Their mission is to receive that $1 million check and the coveted $20,000 belt buckle. Today PBR took steps to allow their athletes to take their abilities to the next level with the opening of a new state-of-the-art performance center.
Former professional football player, and one of the most well established trainers across the country Antwon Burton was named Executive Director of the center, and is expected to pioneer the evolution of professional bull riding. Burton told Pbr.com “I’m so excited to be working with the PBR team to make an impact on both PBR’s growth and the community here in Pueblo.”
The mission of PBR Sports Performance Center is to serve as a foundation to overall growth of bull riding. The new sports performance center will also serve as a center for athletes across a wide variety of sports.
